Easy Dipping Sauce Recipes

Ingredients

1/3 Cup fresh basil

1/3 Cup fresh cilantro

2 Tbs. Fresh mint

1 Scallion thinly sliced

Juice of 2 limes

1/3 Cup olive oil

1 tsp. agave nectar

Salt and freshly ground pepper

GREEN DIPPING SAUCE

Instructions

  1. Blend until smooth.

Ingredients

3 Tbs. Korean Red Hot Pepper Paste

2 Tbs. hot water

1 Tbs safflower oil

2-3 Large garlic cloves chopped

4 tsp. rice vinegar

1 Tbs. toasted sesame oil

1⁄4 Cup mirin

2 Tbs. maple syrup

* add parsley for color

WARMING ASIAN DIPPING SAUCE

Instructions

  1. Mix and place in bowl.

Ingredients

1 1/2 Cups Creamy peanut butter

1/2 Cup Coconut milk

3 Tbs. Water

3 Tbs. Lime juice

3 Tbs. Soy sauce

1 Tbs. Fish sauce

1 Tbs. Hot sauce

1 Tbs. Gingerroot, grated

3 Cloves Garlic

1/4 Cup Cilantro, chopped

PEANUT SAUCE

Instructions

  1. Mix all but cilantro in a bowl and reserve for service. Mix the cilantro when serving.
  2. You may also sprinkle it with toasted peanuts.

1 Cup Mayonnaise

1/2 Cup Ketchup

1/4 Cup Sriracha

1 Tbs. Worcestershire

SRIRACHA SAUCE

Instructions

  1. Mix and chill, reserve for your use with warm or chilled lobster tails.

5 Tbs. Unsalted butter, melted

1 Tbs. Fresh garlic

1 Tbs. Lemon juice

2 tsp. Lemon zest

1tsp. Tabasco

1tsp. Lime zest

3/4 tsp. K-salt

SPICY CITRUS SAUCE

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients; serve in a warm bowl and keep warm for dipping. Bestused immediately.
    Note: This also great sauce to baste Greenhead lobster tails being grilled.

NECTARINE SAUCE

Instructions

  1. In a processor, or hand held blender, process all, and chill. Best made the day before.

2 Tbs. Minced celery

1 tsp. Minced garlic

1/2 tsp. Chili powder

1/2 tsp. Black pepper

REMOULADE SAUCE

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients and chill (preferable, one day before using).
