RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Greenhead Lobster we pride ourselves on providing the best Maine Lobster. We believe in our product and guarantee that it arrives Fresh and Alive on the delivery date. If you are giving a gift, please notify recipient of delivery date. Greenhead Lobster will not be responsible for packages that were improperly handled after delivery. If for some reason lobsters arrive dead we ask that you reach out to Greenhead Lobster at email@example.com or give us a call at the time of delivery so we can get this claim done in a timely fashion. If calling after hours, please leave a message and customer service will get back to you the next business day.
Gift Certificates are not returnable or refundable. Greenhead Lobster is NOT responsible if a gift certificate is lost or stolen once it has been received. However, please notify us if this should occur.
Greenhead Lobster will ship all product to the address submitted by the customer. If an incorrect address is submitted, no refund or reshipment will be issued. Shipping to a closed business will also be refused for a refund.
Once a shipment has been picked up by the carrier, Greenhead Lobster does NOT assume responsibility for packages that are delivered late due to severe weather conditions, flight delays, or mechanical failures.
In the event that you receive a package with exterior visible damage, email Greenhead Lobster on the date the package was delivered with photographs of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refund eligibility will be subject to an investigation by both Greenhead Lobster and the carrier (UPS or FEDEX).
You can cancel or reschedule delivery of your order one day prior to the ship date. Email us at email@example.com or call us to make this arrangement. Please note that during the busy holiday season two days prior to ship date would be needed.
Perishable items are NOT accepted for returns. Other non-perishable items (sweatshirts, t-shirts etc…) can be returned. You must contact Greenhead Lobster before sending back an item. Return postage will be paid by the customer. Items must be in their original new condition. Once product is received your refund will be processed within 3 days. Shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
