Greenhead Lobster does not require returns in order to replace orders that do not arrive as intended. If you wish to cancel an order that has not shipped, please contact us at: info@greenheadlobster.com. If the order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order to process a replacement or have a refund processed.
